The Toyota Hiace has always been the most popular workhorse/van you can get.
Its not often the older ones pop up around the place such as this 1979 we have just done.

It was very tidy rust wise to start with minus the doors (they were rust ridden on the lower half but some second hand rust free doors were found)
Andrew the owner did all the panel, rst work, priming and prepping. All i had to do was pick up the gun and spray the factory mustard hue back on.
A awesome job was done on all the prep and panel and i dont think i have seen a new hiace as straight as this one.
Its now off to get its white walls fitted, a few gaskets and a fresh WOF, then he will be cruising down to beach hop at the end of march so keep a eye out.
